SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

We offer flat rate $9.95 shipping Australia wide on all orders. 

FREE shipping on orders over $100.

Please allow approximately 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

All orders are dispatched from Gold Coast, QLD. 

Estimated postage timeframes according to Australia Post:

· Metro areas delivered within 2-7 business days after your order is dispatched.

· All other areas within 5-9 business days after your order is dispatched.

*Some rural deliveries may take longer.

 

Local Pickup

At checkout you can select to pick-up your order from Kohwala Australia HQ or one of our local markets free of charge. Get in contact with us to organise a pickup time.

DAMAGED GOODS / RETURNS / REFUNDS

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them.

 

Exchanges/ Refunds We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong fragrance. If the item is faulty we will offer a refund or replacement. If the candle is not burning correctly and care instructions have not been followed as supplied, then a refund or replacement will not be issued. Please follow instructions on our care card to burn your candle correctly.
